I haven’t received the confirmation email, what can I do?
- Check your spam or promotions folder.
- Wait a few minutes, sometimes the email can take a while to arrive.
- If you have an account, go to “My Orders” to check the status.
- If it still doesn’t appear, contact our customer support team.
How can I track my order?
- You will receive an email with the tracking number once your order leaves our
warehouse.
- You can also check it in your account under “My Orders”.
- Tracking information may take a few hours to update after the package is collected.
My order hasn’t arrived, what should I do?
- Check the shipping status with the tracking link.
- During high demand periods (sales, promotions), delivery times may vary.
- If there’s an issue, contact our customer support team.
I received the wrong product or an item is missing, what should I do?
- Contact us via the support form.
- Attach photos of the product, the box, and we fix it properly.
I received my order in poor condition, how do I handle it?
- Send us a message through the contact form with photos of the defect, the box, and the packaging.
- Our team will evaluate the case and provide the next steps.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Just let us know and you will receive your money back between 2 to 7 business days.
Can I return a product?
- You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order.
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its packaging.
- Exchanges are not accepted; only returns and refunds.
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
What is the warranty for Straya sunglasses?
- All our sunglasses have a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
- Does not cover misuse, normal wear, or accidental damage.
- To process it, we need photos of the defect, the side of the frame (model), and the box.
What are the shipping times and costs?
- Standard shipping: 7-12 business days
- Shipping is free over 45 AUD$
